R Adda Review

R-adda is a very cool place which has a nice vintage ambience. It is an actual adda where a group of friends can have their reunions, corporates can go and chill out, football or cricket matches can be seen with your buddies. We really enjoyed the vibe of this place. The DJ was constantly pumping some really good songs (if only they had a dance floor!)

The service was really good, not that fast but oh my, the ambiance, vibe, food and sheesha made up for everything! The staff is really friendly and polite, which is a huge bonus and adds to a good experience of the place overall!

The club it has some rules like sleeveless clothes, shorts and open footwear isn't allowed. It has a separate seating for sheesha. The sheesha seating was smaller but the normal one was spacious.

Coming to the Food & Beverages:

Mocktails:

1. Orange And Basil: Tasted like tangy and sweet concoction of orange and sweet lime juice. People who enjoy citrus fruits like we do would definitely love this one! It had the right balance of sweet and tartness to the drink. And it was super chilled as we like our mocktails to be!

2. Lipstick: The name of these mocktails are really unique and since Miss Food Freak is a lipstick addict, we had to order this one! This drink has a really pretty pink colour and even this was delicious! It was a tangy and sweet medley, both the flavours that we really enjoy in a drink!

3. Hookah Lemonade: This is a must try mocktail for all even if you've never tried Hookah, this is the safest version of trying it! We were spellbound by this drink! How could they capture the essence of Hookah and bottle it up in a drink as simple as a lemonade? It was beyond us and hence we decided to devour this drink like there was no tomorrow! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Yes, in bold and caps because it is that awesome-sauce!

4. Safe s*x on Beach: The tastiest, girly drink you'll ever drink! Plus the name is pretty catchy! This was sweet with a hint of citrus, just a dash of it, but it was so delicious we could probably drink 2-3 glasses easily! The ice in it kicked the flavours of this drink by 10 notches! Again, a must try!

Food:

1. Chicken Nachos: It was the best chicken nachos ever we had and we must say that we used to adore Bar Stock Exchange's nachos. But this one replaced it and how! The chicken was very juicy and boneless. The best part was the chicken was very soft and full of flavour. We loved it. It also had a huge dollop of cream cheese apart from cheese sauce, beans and veggies. Each and every bite was devoured by us!

2. Jalapeno Poppers: This one is for the cheese lovers. The stuffing in the poppers was delicious and if you've seen our instagram video, you know just how cheesy this was! It wasn't spicy at all but an apt starter to munch on. The dip did have a slight jalapeno taste which obviously went well with the poppers

3. Masala Fries: Fries were long and crispy and also coated with spicy masala. We don't usually call for fries because they are basic and can be had anywhere. But this time, we thought of giving their fries a try. These were really delicious fries, however lame that sounds, because fries are fries right? Wrong! These weren't too oily, had the perfect spicy masala to it and the ketchup! The ketchup was thick and perfect and honestly took the fries experience 10 notches up!

4. Masala Paneer Sliders: We found this dish to be the most cutest one. As sliders are mini burgers with small sized buns, these not only looked cute, but the taste was tantalizing!. The paneer patty inside those buns were too good, soft and juicy yet retained the shape and flavour so well. Honestly, we didn't miss chicken patty while savouring these! Yes, it was that good!
