AMBIENCE AND DÉCOR
The interiors looked very simple, neat and classy even when there are a lot of intricate details to the décor which add up to the overall ambience of the space.
They had the concept of depicting our rich Indian culture and traditions through the décor of the restaurant.
There were sculptures placed on every window having a deep meaning attached to it showcasing our Indian heritage.
The space is well lit naturally as well as artificially.
The space is small however well utilized and optimized at its fullest.







STAFF
The staff was very polite and courteous and made sure that our meal would be a memorable one.
Mr. Gaurav and Mr. Bikram attended us and made sure that everything went well during our meal.
This place is known for its friendly staff and their prompt service.



TIMINGS TO VISIT

The place is moderately occupied during lunch hours and the footfall increases in the evening during weekends.
It is moderately occupied during weekdays.


THE ITEMS THAT WE TASTED:

MOCKTAILS –

1)    SLUSHY AMM IMLI PANNA:
·         Chatpata flavour
·         Well presented
·         Initially we taste the sourness of imli
·         Later the sweetness of aam is experienced
·         Leave a sweet after taste
·         Was good



2)    MANGO MASALA MOJITO:
·         The drink was sweet and sour
·         Very refreshing
·         Could feel the pulp of the mango in the drink
·         Mint leaves add a fresh taste to it
·        Must try



SOUPS-

1.     MUNNAR KA MASALA MASALA ASPARAGUS:
·         Rich thick fulfilling soup
·         Richness of kerela herbs
·         The combination of rich herbal soup and spiced piri piri crouton is perfect.
·         It gives a spicy aftertaste.




2.     THAKKALI RASAM:
·         It is an Andra style rosted tomato soup served along with sannas (tiny idlis)
·         Combination of sweetness of tomatoes and spices
·         The veggies in the soup were well cooked
·         A bit spicy
·       They go well with the soup and reduce the pungency of the soup




NIBBLES –

1.     EDAMAME AND RA TA LU TOKRI CHAAT
·         A perfect chat dish
·         Very well presented
·         The tokri made out of fried potatoes was crunchy and went well with the chutneys
·         The dish had chopped sweet potatoes and edamame i.e. young soya beans and pomegranate
·         A flavour rich dish which is usually expected from a chaat
·         A must try for chaat lovers



STARTERS-

1.     SAFFRON AND SURAN GALOUTTI
·         The taste of suran  was very prominent
·         Later we taste the flavour of saffron
·         The base was well cooked
·         Less spicy
·         Okayish dish




2.     PORTOBELLO MUSHROOM GALOUTTI
·         Medium flavours
·         It had the Italian flavour to it
·         However it was less impressive



3.     BABY LAMB GALOUTTI
·         The meat was finely minced and tasted great
·         A bit spicy as compared to the remaining galouttis
·         The meat was well cooked and tasted great with its base
·         Best galoutti and a must try


4.     RECHADO MURG TIKKA
·         Well presented
·         Spicy red chicken
·         Well cooked in the tandoor
·         The chicken was soft and well marinated
·         The flavours penetrated deep into the meat
·         A very nice dish


5.     TELLI CHERRY MALAI TIKKA
·         Well coated chicken
·         Perfectly cooked
·         The taste of malai went well with other flavours
·         Rich in taste



MAIN COURSE

Indian breads
1)      Garlic naan
2)      Rosemary and olive naan




1.     BUTTERY CHICKEN
·         Signature dish of this place
·         Well presented
·         Actually BUTTERY
·         Rich and thick gravy
·         The chicken was tender and well cooked
·         It goes well with the rosemary and olive naan
·         The dish was not spicy but it was PERFECT
·         Fulfilling and safe dish to try



2.     LANGAR WALI DAAL
·         It was the star dish of our meal!
·         Creamy gravy having the rich flavour of kaali daal
·         It did give us the taste of a langar cooked daal
·         It tastes better with garlic naan
·         Must try






DESSERTS

1.     GAJAR HALWA MODAK
·         One won’t expect an ordinary gajar halwa to be in the shape of a modak, however you will be served one here.
·         Very Well presented dish
·         Perfectly sweet
·         Very fluffy
·         Tastes like carrot kharwas (pudding)
·         Pistachio mousse adds to the flavour of the dish



VERDICT-
All the items that we tasted were good except a few of them
Both the mocktails were nice
The soups were good
Recommended starters – rechado mugh , telli cherry chicken , baby lamb galoutti
The main course had some highlighting dishes
Buttery chicken and langar wali daal was great
The gajar halwa modak was good
