London Bubble Co. Review

We LOVE desserts! And if a dessert parlor has super cute interiors, how can we not go! So one such evening we paid a visit to London Bubble Co (LBC) which now has a branch in Ghatkopar! And for all those of you who would be like, Ghatkopar is too far ya, worry not! It is just a 5 min walk from Ghatkopar Metro station.

As soon as you spot LBC, you’d see a cool mint green bench which looks super cute and adds to the pastel and colourful décor of this place. There is a colourful wall with lots of frames and a faux wooden door which opens. So overall the theme is very vibrant and colourful.

Coming to what we ate:

1.       S’noreo Mini Pancakes: So this mini pancakes trend has been going around for quite some time now and we finally got to try it. The pancakes were crispy and soft. The toppings were just as delicious as it looked. We really loved it. Basically anything that has chocolate, we love and adore!

2.       Nutella Shake It Up: Our love for Nutella is never ending, so we had to get this one! It has a very subtle Nutella flavour. It isn’t very sweet which is good so you can try out more things and not have a tooth ache due to excessive sweetness! This one was okay. It tastes the best when chilled.

3.       Strawberry Lemon Iced Chai: The perfect beverage for summers, this one was fantastic! It had a nice balance of sweetness from strawberries and the tartness from lemons. It also has these little bubbles made from fruit gelatin which burst in your mouth. That is indeed a very nice experience.

4.       Mango Waffwich: Mango season is here and how could we miss the mango waffle-sandwich aka Waffwich! It is your regular waffle sandwiched with vanilla ice-cream and topped with mangoes pieces. It looks really delicious but waffles like these are so damn hard to photograph! We loved the waffwich though! The mangoes added a nice dash of sweet and sour taste to the waffles.

5.       Black Charcoal Gelato: Even charcoal has been a very trendy ingredient now-a-days. And surprisingly we actually loved it. It has a very earthy taste to it which we total enjoyed! The gelato is very smooth and creamy. It is perfectly sweetened without going overboard.

6.       Pomegranate Lemon Iced Chai: Very similar to the strawberry one, this one is a little more tart. However it is very refreshing and a light drink to sip on.

7.       Berry Bae Bubble Waffle Wrap: Coming to the star of the show, this one not only looks tempting but was absolutely delectable! It has your regular waffles along with vanilla ice cream, berry jam and sprinkles. Even with all this it wasn’t overly sweet. You can share this huge dessert with a friend and you’ll be the happiest! We highly recommend trying the bubble waffle wrap!

We were really happy with all the desserts here. Do try this outlet. Our host here was super warm and welcoming. He has a good knowledge about what you should order if you get confused. He makes sure that you are happy with your order. It was a lovely evening that we spent here!
