The Boston Butt

The Boston Butt is a fantastic place that serves phenomenal American style food. This is Mumbai’s first Smokery and Charcuterie place and we were lucky enough to visit this place. The ambiance is just too good and it is a great place for having finger licking good food clubbed with a stunning ambiance.

Let’s find out more about the food:

1. Beerita- The way with which the drink was served was phenomenal.
Wide brim glass was methodically decorated with slice of lime and Jalapeño. Mango extract was finely mixed with the right amount of Diablo.
The arrangement was so that as soon as you sip it below the specified level, the beer would discharge into the mix of prodigious booze. (4.8/5)

2. New York Sour- This is a must order drink; Bourbon at its best! Don’t miss this one. Ice cubes rattling in the glass when you suck the New York nectar will definitely give a kick in first one. Colors are beautifully layered with slight tinge of cranberry sap. Overall a nice experience (4.7/5)

3. Masala Daddy Mocktail- A refreshing and soothing taste of fresh cranberry juice served with chat masala spread over the glass. It was a simple and well-presented mocktail containing a mix of coriander and cumin. It was the best mocktail from The Boston Butt with a good taste. (4.4/5)

4. Le Grinch Mocktail- A mix of Pineapple juice and Kiwi with a sweet and little sour taste served with Pineapple slice. Well the mocktail was quite simple but the combination of Pineapple and Kiwi couldn't come up with the taste. Overall it was a decent mocktail and it couldn't take over "Masala Daddy Mocktail"(3/5)

5. Bloom bread - Amazing dish from Boston Butt having lots of cheese hidden within the bread. The yellow cheese comprised of Cheddar and Gouda cheese. The yellow cheese would make you delighted when served with well baked bread. A must recommended dish from us. (4.9/5)

6. The Lamb Burger - It was quite big, it was juicy and tender that after every bite you will be craving for the next bite. The meat patty was well spiced and was served with homemade sauce spread over bun and fries. In order to have a taste something different from usual chicken burger you must surely try this out. (4.8/5)

7. Nachos - A dish from in-house kitchen of The Boston Butt with such a taste that you would probably find anywhere. The Nachos were well crisp and they’re served with three sauces. The combination of Nachos with those sauces was just perfect. (4.8/5)

8. BBQ Chicken Pizza - A thin crust pizza with cheesy & saucy base. The BBQ chicken pieces went perfect with every pizza bite. (4.5/5)

9. Crispy Fried Chicken with Sauces- Fried chicken wings with right combination of sauces and root veggies was an outstanding light snack.The veggies were baked to correct softness and they were juicy add on to the huge pieces of tender chicken. It could have been a little spicier. (3.5/5)

10. Creamy Potato Salad- The perfect way to enter Oktoberfest is to chug Beerita with potato mashed with herbs and cream overflowing. With small pieces of potato with green veggies, it was a nice treat. The only thing concerning was that the potato was slightly sweet. However, it was a healthy treat (3.7/5)

11. Skillet Cookie- Amazing desert from The Boston Butt. It is basically a hot served cookie in pan with three different flavored homemade ice creams. For desert lovers, you must definitely try this out much before having main course and after main course. The combination of all will just kick your all senses and you’d want to just sit and keep on eating such an amazing desert. (4.9/5)

12. Oreo Cheese Cake - The cheese cake was served with homemade chocolate ice cream & sauce. The combination of cheese cake with the Chocolate ice-cream
was quite good. (4/5)
