Rahasya
Rahasya
which means secret in Hindi is also a new delivery kitchen by Mrs. Sushila. She
is a chef and has worked for many prestigious restaurants in the past. She has
started this new delivery kitchen wherein she cooks herself.
We
tried out some dishes from this new place so let's see what we hogged! (Btw, if
you follow us on Instagram @2foodfreaks, you already know what we are talking
about. So please go follow us there for regular foodie updates)
1.
Pesto Tortilla Pinwheels - This is a combination of a bao and spring roll. It
is easier to eat as there is no fallout from the fillings. The pesto is super
fresh and the chicken are minced finely which goes along well with the cheese!
Delicious! It also comes with a divine dip. This one is a must try for people
who don't like pesto. It doesn't have a strong basil taste to it. The flavours
just soothe your taste buds! [4.5 / 5]
2.
Paneer Salsa Tortilla Pinwheels- This one though is very bland. It is an
okayish one. If you don't like too much flavour in your good then you should
opt for this. But if you are like us and you love flavourful dishes, then you
won't really enjoy this. [2 / 5]
3.
Loaded Cheese Pinwheels- This one is creamy enough but doesn't have that cheese
taste to it. It tastes more like mayonnaise for some reason. It comes with a
dip which is okay, but too oily. This would go better with some tomato ketchup
instead of the dip. [3 / 5]
We
observed that all of the pinwheels were a bit too oily. Whenever we took a
bite, some oil would ooze out of the filling. That is not a cute sight. We had
to remove the excess out with tissue paper.
4.
Jeera rice with Chicken Changezi- This is one dish that will make you go crazy!
Especially if you eat outside once a week (like us, yeah difficult to believe
what with our daily instagram posts). This is a perfect cheat meal for all you
meat lovers who also like bold flavours. It is one tantalizing dish! The only
problem here is it would have been top notch had there been boneless pieces ofchicken in the gravy. The chicken was with bone which we found was a bit
difficult to eat. We were told that Rahasya aims for food that is 'easy to eat
without making a mess' theme. This one doesn't fit with that theme. But the
taste is awesome sauce! [4 / 5] Would be a perfect 5 had there been boneless chicken!
