Ambience and Décor:

·     So finally LBC has brought the concept of bubble waffle to India
·        This a small, simple yet a funky dessert place that serves you different kinds of waffles, shakes and ice teas
·        The walls are painted pink and white in color giving it a candy shop look with some hilarious wall art to pass your time while you wait for your order

Items we tasted:

Bubble waffle wraps

1. Black Jack:

·        This was the recommended one as it is their signature bubble waffle wrap

·        It is a dark coloured bubble waffle wrap with charcoal ice cream and some chocolate syrup and sprinklers as topping

·        Looked just irresistible 

2. Rocher Rush:

·        A Ferrero Rocher ice cream placed on bubble waffle with some added chocolate syrup and sprinkles

·        It tastes fabulous! 

·        2FoodFreaks recommends this one if you a Ferrero Rocher fan

3. Tiramisu Pocket waffle:

·        This pocket waffle is great if you want to grab some dessert in hurry

·        It is just like the mesmerizing taste of tiramisu straight from Italy to your pocket waffle

·        The combination of chocolate and coffee here is at its best!

·        The sweetness of chocolate on a side with a hint of coffee bitterness on the other

Bubble Shakes

1. Boomer Gum:

·        It just takes a sip of this drink to take you back to your childhood days!

·        Taste just like Boomer with a bit of added sweetness (what else would a 90’s kid ask for!)

·        Nostalgic yet a lip smacking shake!

2. Nutella Shake:

·        A nice Nutella shake with the twist of the Bubbles

3. Strawberry Peach Ice Chai:

·        The name says it all actually!

·        A mix of strawberry and peach flavors

·        However, the taste of peach takes over the flavor of strawberry and like the other bubble shakes even this one doesn’t miss out on the Bubbles making it taste even better

Verdict:

·        All the items we tasted were good

·        The Bubble Waffles were great

·        The Shakes and Ice tea with the mandatory twist of bubbles were awesome
